Delete your Tapreter account

Tapreter's nine free conversation routes do not need an account. If you used Google sign-in for AI Credits or an AI Custom Conversation Pack, this page lets you request deletion without reinstalling the app.

What account deletion removes
  • Your Tapreter account and AI Credit balance
  • Tapreter credit, grant, and AI Pack operation records linked to that account
  • The linked RevenueCat customer data, through a server-side deletion request
What it does not remove
  • Your Google Account
  • Google Play purchases or provider transaction records that must be retained under their policies or law
  • Data kept only on your device, including language/theme preferences and unsent feedback
  • A historical one-way installation HMAC created when Welcome Credits were previously offered may remain without an account link until its 90-day window expires; no new public Welcome Credits are issued
Permanent action A completed request cannot be undone. Do not include passwords, payment-card data, passport details, or other sensitive information in a support request.

Email support to request deletion

If self-service deletion is unavailable, email us from the Google email connected to Tapreter. Include only that email and “delete my Tapreter account.” We may ask for reasonable information to verify the request.
