1. About this policy

Pukpui Onsen is operated by Moodmango Labs. This policy applies to the Pukpui Onsen Android app (package com.moodmango.pukpuionsen) and its online account and cloud game features. Features and service providers may differ by app version and are used only when enabled for that version.

2. Information the game handles

• Online account and cloud game state: when online features are enabled, the game may create an anonymous account, which may not have an email address attached, and associate cloud game state with it. This can include in-game progress and related state needed to provide online play and save continuity.
• Device-local data: the app may keep game data and settings on your phone or tablet. A website cannot access or erase data stored only on your device.
• Support messages: if you email support, we receive the message and contact details you choose to send. An email address alone may not identify an anonymous game account.
• Purchase information: when purchases are offered and enabled, the app and the relevant store or purchase provider may process product, transaction, purchase-status, or entitlement information needed to handle the purchase or a related support request.

3. How information is used

Information is used to provide online play and cloud save features, maintain account and game state, protect the service, handle eligible purchase status, respond to support requests, and process account-deletion requests after safe account verification. We do not ask you to send a password, full payment-card number, or raw account identifier by email.

4. Service providers and purchases

Depending on the app version and enabled features, Supabase may provide online account or cloud services; Google Play may handle store checkout and purchase records; and RevenueCat may help process purchase status or entitlement information. These integrations are conditional and do not mean every feature is active in every release. Providers process information for their service roles under their own terms and privacy notices.

Store or provider records may need separate verification or a separate request to that provider. The store presents the applicable price and payment terms. We do not claim that this website can access or change a store's records.

5. Advertising and telemetry

The current Pukpui app does not include an advertising or behavioural-ad tracking SDK. Optional service telemetry is off by default. If a later app version enables it or changes what information it uses, the policy will be updated to describe that version's practices.

6. Security and children

We use reasonable safeguards intended to protect information handled by the service. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Pukpui Onsen does not intend to collect more information from children than is permitted by applicable law and platform rules. A parent or guardian who has a privacy concern may contact support.

7. Account deletion and retention

To request deletion, open Settings in the signed-in game, choose Delete Account, and review both confirmation screens. The authenticated app session identifies the online account; you do not need to copy or email an account identifier. After the request is accepted, the account is blocked from further gameplay while deletion is processed, and the title screen can check whether processing has completed.

If you cannot use the in-app route, email pukpuionsen_support@moodmango.com for help. Email alone may not identify an anonymous account, verify ownership, or complete deletion. Processing is normally completed within 30 days. Exceptional paid-account or manual-review handling may remain pending for up to 180 days.

Only purpose-limited, identity-free evidence of a deletion request may be retained for up to 180 days, then it is purged after that period expires. Records held by an app store or another provider may require separate verification or a separate request. Deleting a Pukpui Onsen account does not delete your Google account. Device-local app data and settings require clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.

8. Your choices

For privacy questions or help with an account request, contact pukpuionsen_support@moodmango.com. We may need a safe way to verify which account a request concerns before taking account-specific action.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change. The current version and last-updated date will appear on this page. Contact Moodmango Labs at pukpuionsen_support@moodmango.com.

1. Acceptance and licence

These Terms apply when you use Pukpui Onsen. If you do not agree, stop using the game. Moodmango Labs grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use the game for lawful, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

2. Game service and account

Game features may work locally or use an online anonymous account and cloud game state when those features are available and enabled. Online play may require an internet connection. Device-local game data and settings are separate from cloud account data; clearing app storage or uninstalling may remove device-local data.

3. Responsible use

Use the game lawfully and do not disrupt the service or other players. Do not exploit errors, automate play, alter the app or game data to gain an unfair advantage, bypass purchase controls, interfere with security, or attempt unauthorized access.

4. Virtual currency and items

Coin, Petal, Gem, items, eggs, cosmetics, rewards, and other in-game content are for use within Pukpui Onsen. They have no cash value outside the game, are not redeemable for money, and may not be transferred or sold, except where applicable law requires otherwise. They do not represent a deposit or property claim against Moodmango Labs.

5. Purchases and store terms

Where in-app purchases are offered and enabled, Google Play presents the price and processes checkout. RevenueCat and service providers may handle purchase status or entitlement information where configured. Availability, payment, cancellation, refund, and restore rules are also subject to the applicable store terms and consumer law. A purchase is not complete merely because a button was pressed; store or service confirmation may be required.

6. Third-party services and availability

Online account, cloud, store, and purchase-provider features are supplied in part by third parties, whose separate terms and privacy notices apply. We may update, maintain, suspend, or discontinue features and cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

7. Suspension and account deletion

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or material breaches of these Terms. You may stop using the game at any time. Account deletion is a separate request; see the account-deletion information. Sending an email alone does not verify or complete deletion.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided without guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Moodmango Labs is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss to the extent such limits are permitted. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights or limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, subject to mandatory consumer-protection laws and rights that apply where you live. Questions about these Terms may be sent to pukpuionsen_support@moodmango.com.

เราใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อให้บริการเกมออนไลน์และ Cloud Save ดูแลบัญชีและข้อมูลเกม ปกป้องบริการ จัดการสถานะการซื้อที่รองรับ ตอบคำขอความช่วยเหลือ และดำเนินการคำขอลบบัญชีหลังจากยืนยันบัญชีด้วยวิธีที่ปลอดภัย เราไม่ขอให้คุณส่งรหัสผ่าน หมายเลขบัตรชำระเงินแบบเต็ม หรือรหัสระบุบัญชีดิบทางอีเมล

4. ผู้ให้บริการและการซื้อ

ขึ้นอยู่กับเวอร์ชันแอปและฟังก์ชันที่เปิดใช้ Supabase อาจให้บริการบัญชีออนไลน์หรือคลาวด์ Google Play อาจจัดการการชำระเงินและข้อมูลการซื้อในร้านค้า และ RevenueCat อาจช่วยประมวลผลสถานะการซื้อหรือสิทธิ์การใช้งานเมื่อมีการตั้งค่าไว้ การเชื่อมต่อเหล่านี้ขึ้นอยู่กับการเปิดใช้ จึงไม่ได้หมายความว่าทุกฟังก์ชันทำงานในทุกรุ่น ผู้ให้บริการประมวลผลข้อมูลตามหน้าที่ของตนภายใต้ข้อกำหนดและประกาศความเป็นส่วนตัวของตน

6. ความปลอดภัยและเด็ก

3. การใช้งานอย่างเหมาะสม

โปรดใช้เกมอย่างถูกกฎหมาย และอย่ารบกวนบริการหรือผู้เล่นอื่น ห้ามใช้ประโยชน์จากข้อผิดพลาด ทำให้การเล่นเป็นระบบอัตโนมัติ แก้ไขแอปหรือข้อมูลเกมเพื่อเอาเปรียบ เลี่ยงการควบคุมการซื้อ แทรกแซงระบบความปลอดภัย หรือพยายามเข้าถึงระบบโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

4. สกุลเงินและไอเทมเสมือน

Coin, Petal, Gem, ไอเทม ไข่ เครื่องแต่งกาย รางวัล และเนื้อหาอื่นในเกมใช้ได้ภายใน Pukpui Onsen เท่านั้น ไม่มีมูลค่าเป็นเงินสดนอกเกม แลกเป็นเงินไม่ได้ และห้ามโอนหรือขาย เว้นแต่กฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกำหนดไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น สิ่งเหล่านี้ไม่ใช่เงินฝากหรือสิทธิในทรัพย์สินที่เรียกร้องจาก Moodmango Labs ได้

5. การซื้อและข้อกำหนดของร้านค้า

6. บริการของบุคคลที่สามและความพร้อมใช้งาน

ฟังก์ชันบัญชีออนไลน์ คลาวด์ ร้านค้า และผู้ให้บริการซื้ออาจอาศัยบริการจากบุคคลที่สาม ซึ่งมีข้อกำหนดและประกาศความเป็นส่วนตัวแยกต่างหาก เราอาจปรับปรุง บำรุงรักษา ระงับ หรือยุติบางฟังก์ชัน และไม่รับประกันว่าจะให้บริการได้ต่อเนื่องหรือปราศจากข้อผิดพลาด

7. การระงับและการลบบัญชี

เราอาจจำกัดหรือระงับการเข้าถึงเมื่อจำเป็นอย่างสมเหตุสมผลเพื่อจัดการการละเมิด ความเสี่ยงด้านความปลอดภัย ข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมาย หรือการละเมิดข้อกำหนดนี้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ คุณหยุดใช้เกมได้ทุกเมื่อ การลบบัญชีเป็นคำขอแยกต่างหาก ดู ข้อมูลการลบบัญชี การส่งอีเมลเพียงอย่างเดียวไม่ได้ยืนยันหรือทำให้การลบบัญชีเสร็จสิ้น

9. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับและการติดต่อ
