Overview
Submos is built with a privacy-first approach. Your subscription data is stored locally on your device whenever possible. This Privacy Policy explains what information Submos handles and how it is used. By using Submos, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
No Account Requirement
Submos does not require account creation to use its core features.
Information You Create in the App
Depending on the features you use, Submos may process:
- Subscription details, such as name, price, currency, billing cycle, renewal date, category, notes, accent color, reminder settings, and "worth it?" status
- App settings, such as language, home currency, theme, and onboarding status
- Pro status, such as whether a purchase has been restored or verified
How Data Is Stored
Core Submos data is stored locally on your device. MoodMango Labs does not host your private subscription data on its own servers. If you uninstall the app or use Clear all data in Settings, your local app data may be removed from your device, subject to operating system behavior.
Information We Do Not Collect
Submos does not require or collect:
- Account registration
- Email address
- Name
- Phone number
- Location data
Submos does not use advertising SDKs and does not track your behavior across other apps or websites.
Permissions and Why We Request Them
Submos may request permissions only for selected features:
- Notifications: to send local renewal reminders before subscription dates
- Internet access: to load optional brand logos, validate purchases, or open external feedback and policy pages
You can deny permissions where supported by your device, but related features may not function properly.
Brand Logos
Submos may request a brand icon from Google's favicon service using the website domain associated with a subscription, such as netflix.com. Only the domain is sent for this request. Your full subscription details, notes, price, billing cycle, and renewal date are not sent to MoodMango Labs. If no domain is associated with a subscription, no logo request is made for that subscription.
In-App Purchases and Service Providers
For optional purchases and Pro features, Submos uses third-party providers, such as Google Play Billing, Apple App Store Billing, and RevenueCat. These providers may process transaction metadata needed for purchase validation, entitlement delivery, purchase restoration, fraud prevention, and compliance. MoodMango Labs does not receive your payment card details.
Feedback and External Links
When you open external links, such as feedback forms or legal pages, those destinations are governed by their own privacy notices. If you choose to send feedback, Submos may pass limited context, such as app version, platform, and language, to help with support triage. Any additional information you submit is provided by you.
Notification Data
Renewal reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device by the operating system. They are not sent from a Submos server. Notification content may include subscription information stored locally on your device, such as the subscription name or renewal reminder timing.
Data Retention and Deletion
You control your local data. You can:
- Delete a subscription in the app
- Clear all data from Settings
- Remove app data by uninstalling the app, subject to operating system behavior
Because we do not store your core subscription data on our servers, we cannot recover deleted local data.
Children's Privacy
Submos is not directed to children below the minimum age required by applicable law in their region. If you believe improper child data was provided, please contact us for assistance.
No Sale of Personal Data
We do not sell your personal subscription data and do not use your subscription data for ad profiling.
International Use
If third-party purchase infrastructure processes transaction metadata across regions, such processing is handled under those providers' legal frameworks and safeguards.
Security
Your data remains within your device's app storage and is protected by your device's security features and operating system sandboxing. No system is perfectly secure, but because Submos does not host your private subscription data on its own servers, external exposure is reduced.
Your Rights
Where applicable law grants privacy rights, such as access, deletion, objection, or restriction, you may contact us. For local-only data, many rights can be exercised directly on your device by deleting or modifying data in the app.
Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will show a new effective date or last updated date and will be available through Submos's policy link.

Terms and Conditions
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Submos, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
License Grant
Subject to these Terms, MoodMango Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Submos on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Service Description
Submos is a personal subscription tracking tool designed to help users manually record subscription details, review recurring spending, and set renewal reminders.
Not a Financial, Accounting, Legal, or Payment Service
Submos is not a financial advisor, accounting service, legal advisor, bank, card provider, payment processor, or subscription cancellation service. Submos does not connect to your bank account, payment card, or subscription provider accounts. Submos does not detect, start, cancel, modify, or pay for your real subscriptions. All information in the app is based on what you manually enter. You are solely responsible for your own subscriptions, renewals, payments, cancellations, and financial decisions.
Reminders and Accuracy
Renewal reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device on a best-effort basis. Delivery depends on your device, operating system, notification permissions, battery settings, and other conditions. Reminders may be delayed, inaccurate, or not delivered. You should not rely solely on Submos to avoid charges, missed payments, late fees, cancellations, or other financial consequences.
Eligibility and Lawful Use
You may use Submos only in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its functionality, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the app except where permitted by law, or bypass purchase or licensing controls.
User Data and Responsibility
You are responsible for the subscription data you enter into Submos, including names, prices, currencies, billing cycles, renewal dates, notes, categories, and reminder settings. Because this data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for keeping your device secure and backing up data where your platform allows. Uninstalling the app, clearing app data, or using Clear all data may permanently remove your local data.
In-App Purchases and Billing
Submos may offer optional purchases, including Pro features. Payments, renewals, refunds, cancellations, taxes, and billing disputes are managed under the applicable store or provider terms, such as Google Play Billing, Apple App Store Billing, and purchase infrastructure providers such as RevenueCat. Pricing is shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region or change over time. Restore purchase may allow you to re-sync a previous purchase made with the same store account.
Intellectual Property
Submos, including its software, design, branding, text, and visuals, is owned by MoodMango Labs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-Party Services and Links
Submos may integrate with or link to third-party services and webpages, such as billing providers, purchase validation services, favicon services, feedback forms, or policy pages. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Submos is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, complete, or that reminders will always be delivered.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoodMango Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of money, data, profits, goodwill, use, missed payments, late fees, renewal charges, or subscription charges arising from your use of, or inability to use, Submos. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for Submos, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MoodMango Labs from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of Submos, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Submos where required for legal, security, abuse-prevention, payment, or policy reasons. You may stop using Submos at any time by uninstalling the app. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including disclaimers, limitation of liability, intellectual property, and indemnity, will continue to apply.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions become effective when published with a new effective date or last updated date. Continued use of Submos after publication means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer law.

คุณตกลงที่จะชดใช้และปกป้อง MoodMango Labs จากข้อเรียกร้อง ความรับผิด ความเสียหาย ความสูญเสีย และค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดจากการใช้งาน Submos ในทางที่ผิด การละเมิดข้อกำหนดนี้ หรือการละเมิดกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
การระงับหรือยุติการใช้งาน
เราอาจระงับหรือยุติการเข้าถึง Submos หากจำเป็นด้วยเหตุผลด้านกฎหมาย ความปลอดภัย การป้องกันการใช้งานในทางที่ผิด การชำระเงิน หรือนโยบายของแพลตฟอร์ม คุณสามารถหยุดใช้ Submos ได้ทุกเมื่อโดยถอนการติดตั้งแอป ข้อกำหนดที่ควรมีผลต่อเนื่องโดยสภาพ เช่น การปฏิเสธการรับประกัน ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา และการชดใช้ค่าเสียหาย จะยังคงมีผลต่อไป
การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด
เราอาจปรับปรุงข้อกำหนดนี้เป็นครั้งคราว เวอร์ชันที่อัปเดตจะมีผลเมื่อเผยแพร่พร้อมวันที่มีผลบังคับใช้ใหม่หรือวันที่อัปเดตล่าสุด การใช้งาน Submos ต่อหลังจากเผยแพร่ถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดที่อัปเดตแล้ว
กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ
ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายของประเทศไทย เว้นแต่กฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคในท้องถิ่นที่มีผลบังคับจำเป็นจะกำหนดไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น
