Overview
SnapSOP is a camera-first visual-guide tool for recording real work steps and creating A4 visual guides. This policy explains how SnapSOP handles information when you use the app and related account services.
Guide content stays on your device
Guide titles, steps, instructions, warnings, main and detail photos, generated page images, and PDFs are stored locally on your device. SnapSOP does not upload this guide content or your guide photos to its backend.
Account and authentication
You can use SnapSOP locally without an account. Google sign-in is optional for local use and is required for account-backed SnapCoins. When you sign in, SnapSOP and its authentication provider process your account identifier, email, and profile information returned by Google, such as your display name and profile image. The account-deletion website verifies your Google identity to find an existing SnapSOP account; it does not register a new account.
SnapCoin cloud records
For a signed-in account, Supabase stores the account and wallet records needed to provide SnapCoins and export rights: account identifier, wallet balance, credit and debit ledger records, page-unlock entitlement and operation metadata, billing-event identifiers, and account-deletion operation metadata. It does not receive your guide photos or guide content.
Purchases and service providers
Google Play processes purchases. RevenueCat processes purchase and customer metadata needed for checkout, validation, delivery, fraud prevention, and support. Supabase provides account authentication and the server wallet service. Moodmango Labs does not receive payment-card details.
Permissions and connections
SnapSOP requests camera access only after you choose to capture a guide image. Photo and device-storage access is used for user-requested image/PDF output and selected photos. Internet access is used for sign-in, SnapCoin wallet and purchase functions, and opening legal or support pages.
Optional feedback
If you open the feedback form, Tally receives the app version, platform, interface language, and entry point passed in the link. SnapSOP does not automatically include your account email, account identifier, photos, or guide content. If you submit feedback, the message and any optional contact email you enter are processed to respond and improve the app. The external form is also subject to Tally's privacy policy.
No advertising or behavioural tracking
SnapSOP does not include advertising SDKs, behavioural advertising, or cross-app/website tracking.
Retention and deletion
You may request deletion of your SnapSOP account through the in-app account settings or the account-deletion website. Account deletion removes the SnapSOP account and its server wallet and export-right records. It does not delete your Google account. Guides, photos, page images, and PDFs stored only on your device remain there until you erase them in the app.
After account deletion, we retain keyed transaction fingerprints without an attached account ID or email for 180 days to prevent repeat credit delivery. Expired fingerprints are removed by the daily cleanup job, within the following 24 hours. This limited fraud-prevention data is not described as anonymous. Older purchases require review rather than automatic credit delivery. Identifying account/order records are removed from the live SnapSOP database; restricted backups expire under the hosting provider's configured backup schedule. Google Play and RevenueCat may retain records under their own policies and legal obligations. Contact support about your data rights or retention questions.
Security, rights, children, and changes
SnapSOP uses HTTPS for account and provider connections. No method of transmission or storage is guaranteed to be completely secure. Contact us to ask about your information or this policy. SnapSOP is not directed to children. We may update this policy; the current effective date will identify the latest version. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Acceptance and licence
By using SnapSOP, you agree to these terms. Moodmango Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use SnapSOP for personal or internal-business use, subject to these terms and applicable law.
Service and your responsibility
SnapSOP helps you capture and arrange visual work instructions and generate A4 page images or PDFs. It is a tool, not an approval or compliance system. You are responsible for the lawfulness, permissions, accuracy, safety, and suitability of your photos, instructions, warnings, and final guides. Review exported material before operational use.
SnapCoins and purchases
SnapCoins are non-transferable, have no cash value, and unlock exports under the rules displayed in SnapSOP. Wallet balances and export-unlock rights are account-bound. Prices, taxes, availability, refunds, and billing are governed by Google Play and applicable law. After a completed store purchase, credits appear only after verified server settlement; if delivery is pending, contact support rather than attempting to bypass account or payment controls.
A confirmed full-pack refund reverses the original number of SnapCoins, including coins already spent. Your balance may become negative; later purchases first offset that balance before additional paid export unlocks are available. Previously unlocked guide pages are not automatically revoked. All exports, including repeat exports with no extra coin cost, require an internet connection for authorization. Deleting your account does not itself request a refund. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Account deletion and local content
Account deletion removes your cloud account, SnapCoin wallet, and export rights as described in the Privacy Policy. It does not delete your Google account or device-only guides/media.
Prohibited use and third parties
Do not misuse SnapSOP, attempt unauthorized access, bypass payment or unlock controls, or create or distribute unlawful or infringing material. Google, Google Play, Supabase, RevenueCat, and external links operate under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.
Availability, liability, termination, and law
SnapSOP is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. We may suspend or end access for material misuse or to protect the service. These terms may change with notice through an updated effective date. Thai law governs these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

การเก็บรักษาและการลบ

SnapCoin และการซื้อ

การลบบัญชีและเนื้อหาในเครื่อง
การลบบัญชีจะลบบัญชีบนคลาวด์ กระเป๋า SnapCoin และสิทธิ์ส่งออกตามที่อธิบายในนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว ไม่ได้ลบบัญชี Google หรือคู่มือ/รูปที่เก็บไว้ในอุปกรณ์เท่านั้น
ข้อห้ามและบุคคลที่สาม
ห้ามใช้ SnapSOP ในทางที่ผิด พยายามเข้าถึงโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต หลีกเลี่ยงการควบคุมการชำระเงินหรือสิทธิ์ปลดล็อก หรือสร้าง/เผยแพร่เนื้อหาที่ผิดกฎหมายหรือละเมิดสิทธิ Google, Google Play, Supabase, RevenueCat และลิงก์ภายนอกอยู่ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดและนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของตนเอง
ความพร้อมใช้งาน ความรับผิด การยุติ และกฎหมาย
SnapSOP ให้บริการตามสภาพที่พร้อมใช้งานเท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต ไม่มีข้อความใดตัดสิทธิผู้บริโภคที่กฎหมายห้ามตัด เราอาจระงับหรือยุติการเข้าถึงเมื่อมีการใช้ผิดสาระสำคัญหรือเพื่อปกป้องบริการ ข้อกำหนดอาจเปลี่ยนได้โดยแจ้งผ่านวันที่มีผลบังคับใช้ฉบับใหม่ กฎหมายไทยใช้บังคับภายใต้การคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคภาคบังคับที่มีผลกับคุณ
