Privacy Policy
Overview
Rempa is built with a privacy-first approach. Core parking memory content is stored locally on your device whenever possible.
No Account Requirement
Rempa does not require account creation to use its core features.
Information You Create in the App
Depending on the features you use, Rempa may process:
- Parking entries, such as title, floor, zone, notes, and timestamps
- Photos captured or attached in the app
- Voice notes recorded in the app
- Reminder settings and app settings, such as language and theme
- Compass-based direction snapshots for walk-back reference
GPS Location Data
Rempa does not collect or store GPS location data for its core parking memory features. Rempa does not provide GPS-based routing, real-time navigation, or automatic parking location tracking.
How Data Is Stored
Core Rempa content is stored locally on your device. MoodMango Labs does not host your private parking memory content on its own servers.
Permissions and Why We Request Them
Rempa may request permissions only for selected features:
- Camera: to capture parking photos
- Microphone/Audio: to record voice notes
- Notifications/Alarms: to schedule parking reminders
- Motion/Sensors: to provide compass-based direction cues
You can deny permissions, but related features may not function properly.
In-App Purchases and Service Providers
For optional purchases and supporter features, Rempa uses third-party providers, such as Google Play Billing and RevenueCat. These providers may process transaction metadata needed for purchase validation, entitlement delivery, purchase restoration, fraud prevention, and compliance. They do not receive your private notes, photos, or voice content from us.
Notification Data
Local reminder notifications may include minimal payload data, such as an internal spot identifier, to open the relevant in-app screen when tapped.
Feedback and External Links
When you open external links, such as feedback forms or legal pages, those destinations are governed by their own privacy notices. Rempa may pass limited context, such as app version, platform, language, or source, to improve support triage.
Data Retention and Deletion
You control your local data. You can delete entries and history within the app. Uninstalling the app typically removes local app data, subject to operating system behavior. Because we do not store your core parking memory content on our servers, we cannot recover deleted local data.
Children's Privacy
Rempa is not directed to children below the minimum age required by applicable law in their region. If you believe improper child data was provided, please contact us for assistance.
No Sale of Personal Data
We do not sell your personal parking data and do not use your private parking memory content for ad profiling.
International Use
If third-party purchase infrastructure processes transaction metadata across regions, such processing is handled under those providers' legal frameworks and safeguards.
Your Rights
Where applicable law grants privacy rights, such as access, deletion, objection, or restriction, you may contact us. For local-only data, many rights can be exercised directly on your device by deleting or modifying data in the app.
Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will show a new effective date and will be available through Rempa's policy link.

Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Rempa, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Service Description
Rempa is a personal memory and reminder tool designed to help users record and remember parking details using user-provided content and device features, such as notes, photos, voice notes, timers, and compass-based direction cues.
Not a GPS, Navigation, Safety, or Emergency Service
Rempa is not a GPS navigation app, turn-by-turn navigation system, safety service, emergency service, or guaranteed location service. Rempa does not provide GPS-based routing, real-time navigation, or automatic parking location tracking.
Compass-based direction cues may rely on device sensors, such as magnetic or compass sensors, and may be inaccurate due to hardware, environment, calibration, or usage conditions. You are solely responsible for safe behavior while walking, driving, parking, or using the app.
Eligibility and Lawful Use
You may use Rempa only in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its functionality, attempt unauthorized access, or reverse engineer the app except where permitted by law.
License Grant
Subject to these Terms, MoodMango Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Rempa for personal, non-commercial purposes.
User Content and Responsibility
You are responsible for any content you create or store in Rempa, including notes, photos, and recordings. You are also responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to capture and store such content. You must not use Rempa for unlawful, harmful, or infringing purposes.
In-App Purchases and Billing
Rempa may offer optional purchases, including supporter items or features. Payments, renewals, refunds, taxes, and billing disputes are managed under the applicable store or provider terms, such as Google Play Billing, and purchase infrastructure providers, such as RevenueCat.
Intellectual Property
Rempa, including its software, design, branding, text, and visuals, is owned by MoodMango Labs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-Party Services and Links
Rempa may integrate with or link to third-party services and webpages, such as billing providers, purchase validation services, feedback forms, or policy pages. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Rempa is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoodMango Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or use arising from your use of, or inability to use, Rempa.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MoodMango Labs from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of Rempa, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Rempa where required for legal, security, abuse-prevention, or policy reasons.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions become effective when published with a new effective date. Continued use of Rempa after publication means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer law.

Rempa ไม่เก็บหรือจัดเก็บข้อมูลตำแหน่ง GPS สำหรับฟีเจอร์บันทึกช่วยจำที่จอดรถหลัก Rempa ไม่มีการนำทางด้วย GPS ไม่มีการนำทางแบบเรียลไทม์ และไม่มีการติดตามตำแหน่งที่จอดรถโดยอัตโนมัติ
วิธีจัดเก็บข้อมูล

การเก็บรักษาและการลบข้อมูล

ไม่ใช่บริการ GPS, นำทาง, ความปลอดภัย หรือฉุกเฉิน
Rempa ไม่ใช่แอปนำทางด้วย GPS ระบบนำทางแบบ turn-by-turn บริการด้านความปลอดภัย บริการฉุกเฉิน หรือบริการระบุตำแหน่งที่รับประกันความถูกต้อง Rempa ไม่มีการนำทางด้วย GPS ไม่มีการนำทางแบบเรียลไทม์ และไม่มีการติดตามตำแหน่งที่จอดรถโดยอัตโนมัติ
ตัวช่วยบอกทิศทางจากเข็มทิศอาจอาศัย sensor ของอุปกรณ์ เช่น magnetic sensor หรือ compass sensor ซึ่งอาจคลาดเคลื่อนได้จากฮาร์ดแวร์ สภาพแวดล้อม การ calibrate หรือเงื่อนไขการใช้งาน คุณเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบต่อความปลอดภัยของตนเองขณะเดิน ขับรถ จอดรถ หรือใช้งานแอป
คุณสมบัติของผู้ใช้และการใช้งานตามกฎหมาย
คุณสามารถใช้ Rempa ได้เฉพาะในขอบเขตที่สอดคล้องกับกฎหมายและนโยบายของแพลตฟอร์มที่เกี่ยวข้อง คุณตกลงว่าจะไม่ใช้งานแอปในทางที่ผิด ไม่รบกวนการทำงานของแอป ไม่พยายามเข้าถึงระบบโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต และไม่ reverse engineer แอป เว้นแต่กฎหมายจะอนุญาต
สิทธิ์การใช้งาน

การซื้อในแอปและการเรียกเก็บเงิน
Rempa อาจมีการซื้อในแอปแบบไม่บังคับ เช่น supporter items หรือฟีเจอร์เพิ่มเติม การชำระเงิน การต่ออายุ การคืนเงิน ภาษี และข้อโต้แย้งด้านการเรียกเก็บเงินจะอยู่ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดของ store หรือผู้ให้บริการที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น Google Play Billing และผู้ให้บริการโครงสร้างการซื้อ เช่น RevenueCat
ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
Rempa รวมถึงซอฟต์แวร์ ดีไซน์ แบรนด์ ข้อความ และภาพประกอบ เป็นทรัพย์สินของ MoodMango Labs หรือผู้ให้สิทธิ์ของเรา และได้รับความคุ้มครองตามกฎหมายทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
บริการและลิงก์ของบุคคลที่สาม
Rempa อาจเชื่อมต่อหรือมีลิงก์ไปยังบริการและหน้าเว็บของบุคคลที่สาม เช่น ผู้ให้บริการชำระเงิน บริการตรวจสอบการซื้อ แบบฟอร์ม feedback หรือหน้านโยบาย การใช้งานบริการเหล่านั้นจะอยู่ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดและนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของผู้ให้บริการแต่ละราย
การปฏิเสธการรับประกัน
Rempa ให้บริการตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่และตามความพร้อมในการให้บริการ โดยไม่มีการรับประกันใด ๆ ทั้งโดยชัดแจ้งหรือโดยนัย ภายในขอบเขตสูงสุดที่กฎหมายอนุญาต
ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด
ภายในขอบเขตสูงสุดที่กฎหมายอนุญาต MoodMango Labs จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม ความเสียหาย incidental ความเสียหายพิเศษ ความเสียหาย consequential ความเสียหาย exemplary หรือ punitive damages รวมถึงการสูญเสียข้อมูล กำไร goodwill หรือการใช้งาน ที่เกิดจากการใช้งานหรือไม่สามารถใช้งาน Rempa
การชดใช้ค่าเสียหาย
คุณตกลงที่จะชดใช้และปกป้อง MoodMango Labs จากข้อเรียกร้อง ความรับผิด ความเสียหาย ความสูญเสีย และค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดจากการใช้งาน Rempa ในทางที่ผิด การละเมิดข้อกำหนดนี้ หรือการละเมิดกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
การระงับหรือยุติการใช้งาน
เราอาจระงับหรือยุติการเข้าถึง Rempa หากจำเป็นด้วยเหตุผลด้านกฎหมาย ความปลอดภัย การป้องกันการใช้งานในทางที่ผิด หรือนโยบายของแพลตฟอร์ม
การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด
เราอาจปรับปรุงข้อกำหนดนี้เป็นครั้งคราว เวอร์ชันที่อัปเดตจะมีผลเมื่อเผยแพร่พร้อมวันที่มีผลบังคับใช้ใหม่ การใช้งาน Rempa ต่อหลังจากเผยแพร่ถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดที่อัปเดตแล้ว
กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ
ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายของประเทศไทย เว้นแต่กฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคในท้องถิ่นที่มีผลบังคับจำเป็นจะกำหนดไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น
