Luglio is built with a privacy-conscious approach. Core trip planning, packing, budget, task, itinerary, reminder, and app preference data is stored locally on your device whenever possible.
This Privacy Policy explains how Luglio handles information when you use the mobile application.
No Account Requirement
Luglio does not require account creation to use its core features.
Information You Create in the App
Depending on the features you use, Luglio may process:
- Trip names
- Destinations
- Travel dates and trip duration
- Travel details
- Packing list categories and items
- Task lists and reminder details
- Itinerary notes and day-by-day plans
- Budget estimates, shared cost details, and expense information
- Traveler names or labels that you enter for group planning
- App settings, such as language, theme, currency, region, and onboarding preferences
This information is used to provide Luglio’s core planning features.
Smart Packing and Planning Features
Luglio may use information you enter, such as destination, trip style, environment, activities, trip dates, travelers, and packing preferences, to generate packing suggestions and planning support.
Packing suggestions and planning outputs are provided for convenience only. You should review and adjust them for your own trip, airline rules, destination requirements, health needs, and personal circumstances.
Purchases and Entitlements
If you purchase Luglio Pro, purchase status and entitlement access may be processed through RevenueCat and the relevant app store provider, such as Google Play.
We do not directly collect or store your full payment card details.
Currency and Exchange Rate Data
Luglio may use internet access to fetch exchange rate data for currency conversion, budget planning, or region-based currency features.
Exchange rate data may come from third-party providers. Luglio does not provide financial advice, and currency information may not always be current or exact.
Device and Technical Information
Luglio may use limited device or system information required for app functionality, such as:
- Locale or region settings
- Notification permissions
- Platform type
- Basic app version details
- Device language and currency defaults
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Create and manage trips
- Generate and manage packing suggestions
- Support budgeting, expense tracking, and group cost planning
- Support task tracking and itinerary planning

- Determine Luglio Pro purchase access and entitlement status

How Data Is Stored
Core Luglio content is stored locally on your device whenever possible.
This may include trips, packing lists, budgets, tasks, itineraries, reminders, traveler labels, and preferences.
MoodMango Labs does not host your private trip planning content on its own servers unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.
Because this data is stored locally, we may not be able to recover it if it is deleted from your device.
Permissions and Why We Request Them
Luglio may request permissions only for selected features:
- Notifications: to send trip reminders, packing reminders, task reminders, and departure-related reminders
- Network access: to support purchase validation, entitlement handling, exchange rate data, and app infrastructure where needed
You can deny permissions, but related features may not function properly.
Third-Party Services
Luglio may rely on third-party services for specific app functionality, including:
- RevenueCat: for purchase and entitlement management
- Google Play: for in-app purchases
- Exchange rate providers: for currency conversion data
These third-party services may process limited information as needed to provide their services under their own privacy policies.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, Luglio may send local reminders related to your trips, such as reminders before departure, packing reminders, or task reminders.
You can manage notification permissions in your device settings.
Currency and Locale Features
On first launch, Luglio may use your device region, locale, language, or currency settings to choose suitable defaults.
This is used to improve initial setup and user experience.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not share your personal information with third parties except:
- When necessary to operate app features
- When required by law
- When needed for purchase validation, entitlement handling, exchange rate features, notifications, or app infrastructure
Data Retention and Deletion
Data you enter into Luglio may remain on your device until you edit or delete it, or until you uninstall the app, subject to how the operating system handles local app storage.
Purchase-related records may also be retained by third-party billing or entitlement providers according to their own policies.
Your Choices
You may:
- Edit or delete trip data inside the app
- Disable notifications in device settings
- Manage purchases through the app store or supported purchase management tools
- Uninstall the app to remove locally stored app data from your device
Children’s Privacy
Luglio is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, please contact us.
Security
We take reasonable steps to support the security of app functionality, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
International Use
If you use Luglio outside your home country, your information may be processed according to the laws and service providers applicable to your platform or region.

Luglio is a travel planning and organization app that helps users manage trips, packing lists, budgets, tasks, itineraries, reminders, group planning details, and related travel planning information.
Eligibility and Lawful Use
You may use Luglio only in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its functionality, attempt unauthorized access, or reverse engineer the app except where permitted by law.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for the information you enter into Luglio and for how you use the app’s planning tools.
Luglio is intended as a planning aid only.
You remain responsible for your own travel decisions, bookings, budgeting, health preparations, documents, packing, transportation, and compliance with airline, border, visa, customs, health, safety, and local legal requirements.
No Travel, Medical, Legal, or Financial Guarantee
Packing suggestions, budget estimates, expense calculations, group split details, trip reminders, itinerary suggestions, and destination-based recommendations are provided for convenience only.
We do not guarantee that:
- Any packing list is complete
- Any travel requirement is current or correct
- Any budget estimate is accurate
- Any currency conversion or exchange rate is current or exact
- Any group cost split is suitable for your personal agreement with other travelers
- Any reminder will always be delivered, received, or seen on time
- Any health, visa, customs, airline, or destination-related information is sufficient for your specific circumstances
You should independently verify all important travel, health, legal, financial, booking, and destination information.
Purchases and Luglio Pro
Luglio may offer paid features through Luglio Pro.
Luglio Pro is offered as a lifetime purchase unless otherwise stated in the app or store listing.
Purchases are processed by the relevant app store and supporting purchase infrastructure, including RevenueCat where applicable.
Access to Pro features depends on successful payment processing, entitlement status, account status, platform rules, and store rules.
Refunds
Refunds, if available, are governed by the policies of the platform through which you purchased the app or in-app product, such as Google Play.
Availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Luglio at any time, with or without notice.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of all app features.
Third-Party Services
Some app functions may depend on third-party services, such as payment platforms, entitlement systems, or exchange rate providers.
We are not responsible for downtime, errors, pricing issues, exchange rate issues, purchase validation issues, or policy changes caused by third-party services.
Intellectual Property
Luglio, including its software, design, branding, text, visuals, content structure, and original materials, is owned by MoodMango Labs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, modify, or exploit the app except as permitted by law.
User Content and Responsibility
You are responsible for any content you create, enter, or store in Luglio, including trip plans, traveler labels, notes, packing lists, tasks, budgets, expenses, and itinerary details.
You must not use Luglio to store unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions for any information you enter into the app.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Luglio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We do not make warranties regarding:
- Reliability
- Accuracy
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Availability
- Non-infringement
- Completeness of planning suggestions
- Timely delivery of reminders
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoodMango Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from:
- Missed flights
- Incomplete packing
- Lost bookings
- Budget overruns
- Incorrect expense splits
- Travel disruption
- Missed reminders
- Data loss
- Purchase issues caused by third-party platforms
- Exchange rate differences or currency conversion errors
- App downtime or technical failure
- Your use of, or inability to use, Luglio
Your use of Luglio is at your own risk.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MoodMango Labs from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of Luglio, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Luglio or parts of its services if necessary for legal, security, abuse-prevention, policy, or platform reasons.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions become effective when published with a new effective date.
Continued use of Luglio after publication means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer protection law.

การซื้อจะถูกดำเนินการโดยแอปสโตร์ที่เกี่ยวข้องและโครงสร้างพื้นฐานการซื้อที่รองรับ รวมถึง RevenueCat ในกรณีที่เกี่ยวข้อง
การเข้าถึงฟีเจอร์ Pro ขึ้นอยู่กับความสำเร็จในการประมวลผลการชำระเงิน สถานะสิทธิ์การใช้งาน สถานะบัญชี กฎของแพลตฟอร์ม และกฎของร้านค้า
การคืนเงิน
การคืนเงิน หากมี จะอยู่ภายใต้นโยบายของแพลตฟอร์มที่คุณทำการซื้อแอปหรือผลิตภัณฑ์ภายในแอป เช่น Google Play
ความพร้อมให้บริการ
เราอาจอัปเดต ดัดแปลง ระงับ หรือยุติส่วนใดส่วนหนึ่งของ Luglio เมื่อใดก็ได้ โดยอาจแจ้งหรือไม่แจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
เราไม่รับประกันการให้บริการอย่างต่อเนื่องของฟีเจอร์ทั้งหมดของแอป
บริการของบุคคลที่สาม
ฟังก์ชันบางอย่างของแอปอาจต้องพึ่งพาบริการของบุคคลที่สาม เช่น แพลตฟอร์มการชำระเงิน ระบบจัดการสิทธิ์การใช้งาน หรือผู้ให้บริการอัตราแลกเปลี่ยน
เราจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการหยุดทำงานของระบบ ข้อผิดพลาด ปัญหาด้านราคา ปัญหาอัตราแลกเปลี่ยน ปัญหาการตรวจสอบการซื้อ หรือการเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบายที่เกิดจากบริการของบุคคลที่สาม
ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
Luglio รวมถึงซอฟต์แวร์ ดีไซน์ แบรนด์ ข้อความ ภาพประกอบ โครงสร้างเนื้อหา และสื่อต้นฉบับ เป็นทรัพย์สินของ MoodMango Labs หรือผู้ให้สิทธิ์ของเรา และได้รับความคุ้มครองตามกฎหมายทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
คุณไม่ได้รับอนุญาตให้คัดลอก ทำวิศวกรรมย้อนกลับ แจกจ่าย ดัดแปลง หรือแสวงหาประโยชน์จากแอป เว้นแต่จะได้รับอนุญาตตามกฎหมาย
เนื้อหาของผู้ใช้และความรับผิดชอบ
คุณเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบต่อเนื้อหาที่คุณสร้าง กรอก หรือจัดเก็บใน Luglio รวมถึงแผนการเดินทาง ป้ายกำกับผู้ร่วมเดินทาง โน้ต รายการจัดกระเป๋า งาน งบประมาณ ค่าใช้จ่าย และรายละเอียดแผนการเดินทาง
คุณต้องไม่ใช้ Luglio เพื่อจัดเก็บเนื้อหาที่ผิดกฎหมาย เป็นอันตราย ละเมิดสิทธิ์ หรือมีลักษณะเป็นการใช้งานในทางที่ผิด
คุณต้องรับผิดชอบว่าคุณมีสิทธิ์หรือได้รับอนุญาตที่จำเป็นสำหรับข้อมูลใด ๆ ที่คุณกรอกลงในแอป
การปฏิเสธการรับประกัน
Luglio ให้บริการตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่และตามความพร้อมในการให้บริการ โดยไม่มีการรับประกันใด ๆ ทั้งโดยชัดแจ้งหรือโดยนัย ภายในขอบเขตสูงสุดที่กฎหมายอนุญาต
เราไม่รับประกันเกี่ยวกับ
- ความน่าเชื่อถือ
- ความถูกต้อง
- ความเหมาะสมสำหรับวัตถุประสงค์เฉพาะ
- ความพร้อมให้บริการ
- การไม่ละเมิดสิทธิ์
- ความครบถ้วนของคำแนะนำในการวางแผน
- การส่งการเตือนความจำตรงเวลา
ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด
ภายในขอบเขตสูงสุดที่กฎหมายอนุญาต MoodMango Labs จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม ความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นโดยบังเอิญ ความเสียหายพิเศษ ความเสียหายต่อเนื่อง ความเสียหายเชิงตัวอย่าง หรือความเสียหายเชิงลงโทษ หรือความสูญเสียใด ๆ ที่เกิดจาก
- การตกเครื่องหรือพลาดเที่ยวบิน
- การจัดกระเป๋าไม่ครบ
- การสูญเสียการจอง
- งบประมาณบานปลาย
- การแบ่งค่าใช้จ่ายไม่ถูกต้อง
- การหยุดชะงักของการเดินทาง
- การพลาดการแจ้งเตือน
- การสูญเสียข้อมูล
- ปัญหาการซื้อที่เกิดจากแพลตฟอร์มของบุคคลที่สาม
- ความแตกต่างของอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนหรือข้อผิดพลาดในการแปลงสกุลเงิน
- การหยุดทำงานของแอปหรือความล้มเหลวทางเทคนิค
- การใช้งานหรือไม่สามารถใช้งาน Luglio
การใช้ Luglio ถือเป็นความเสี่ยงของคุณเอง
การชดใช้ค่าเสียหาย
คุณตกลงที่จะชดใช้และปกป้อง MoodMango Labs จากข้อเรียกร้อง ความรับผิด ความเสียหาย ความสูญเสีย และค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดจากการใช้งาน Luglio ในทางที่ผิด การละเมิดข้อกำหนดนี้ การละเมิดกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง หรือการละเมิดสิทธิ์ของบุคคลที่สาม
การระงับหรือยุติการใช้งาน
เราอาจระงับหรือยุติการเข้าถึง Luglio หรือบริการบางส่วน หากจำเป็นด้วยเหตุผลด้านกฎหมาย ความปลอดภัย การป้องกันการใช้งานในทางที่ผิด นโยบาย หรือแพลตฟอร์ม
การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด
เราอาจปรับปรุงข้อกำหนดนี้เป็นครั้งคราว
เวอร์ชันที่อัปเดตจะมีผลเมื่อเผยแพร่พร้อมวันที่มีผลบังคับใช้ใหม่
การใช้งาน Luglio ต่อหลังจากเผยแพร่ถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดที่อัปเดตแล้ว
กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ
ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายของประเทศไทย เว้นแต่กฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคในท้องถิ่นที่มีผลบังคับจำเป็นจะกำหนดไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น
