Privacy Policy
Overview
Lasly is built with a low-friction and privacy-conscious approach. Core recurring task content is stored locally on your device whenever possible. Lasly helps you remember repeated personal tasks, see what is Good, Soon, or Late, and manage reminders without requiring account creation for core use.
No Account Requirement
Lasly does not require account creation to use its core features. We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, precise location, microphone data, or camera data for core app use.
Information You Create in the App
Depending on the features you use, Lasly may process:
- Recurring task items
- Task titles, categories, notes, and schedule intervals
- Completion status and completion history
- Reminder preferences and notification settings
- Calendar and timeline-related task data
- Overview status, such as Good, Soon, and Late
- App settings, such as language and display preferences
- Pro-related feature data, such as notes, done by, and history where available
How Data Is Stored
Core Lasly content is stored locally on your device whenever possible. MoodMango Labs does not host your private recurring task content on its own servers. Because this data is stored locally, we cannot recover it if it is deleted from your device.
Some purchase and entitlement metadata may be processed by third-party services, such as RevenueCat and app store providers, to manage Pro access, purchases, restoration, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and compliance.
Notifications and Reminders
Lasly may send reminders only when you enable reminders or grant notification permissions. Reminder delivery depends on your settings, device permissions, operating system behavior, battery optimization, and device state. You can disable reminders in the app or through your device settings.
Notification content may include limited task-related information needed to open the relevant in-app screen or remind you of a scheduled item.
Permissions and Why We Request Them
Lasly may request permissions only for selected features:
- Notifications: To send reminders for upcoming or overdue tasks
- Internet: To validate purchases, restore purchases, manage Pro entitlement, open external links, and support app-related services
You can deny permissions, but related features may not function properly.
In-App Purchases and Service Providers
Lasly may offer optional Free and Pro access. Pro access may be provided through purchases or subscriptions, depending on the options available in your region and platform. Purchases are processed through app store providers, such as Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase, with entitlement management supported by RevenueCat.
MoodMango Labs does not receive or store your full payment card details. App store providers and RevenueCat may process purchase-related metadata needed for purchase validation, entitlement delivery, purchase restoration, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and compliance. They do not receive your private recurring task content from us.
Feedback and External Links
When you open external links, such as feedback forms, support pages, or legal pages, those destinations are governed by their own privacy notices. Lasly may pass limited context, such as app version, platform, language, or source, to improve support triage. Any information you submit through a feedback form is provided voluntarily.
Data Retention and Deletion
You control your local data. You can edit or delete your in-app content where supported. Uninstalling the app typically removes local app data, subject to operating system behavior and device backup settings.
Purchase records and entitlement metadata are managed by the app store provider and RevenueCat according to their own retention policies. Because we do not store your core Lasly content on our servers, we cannot recover deleted local data.
Children's Privacy
Lasly is not directed to children below the minimum age required by applicable law in their region. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe improper child data was provided, please contact us for assistance.
No Sale of Personal Data
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your private recurring task content for ad profiling.
International Use
If third-party purchase infrastructure or app-related service providers process metadata across regions, such processing is handled under those providers' legal frameworks and safeguards.
Your Rights
Where applicable law grants privacy rights, such as access, deletion, objection, or restriction, you may contact us. For local-only data, many rights can be exercised directly on your device by deleting or modifying data in the app.
Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will show a new effective date and will be available through Lasly's policy link.

Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Lasly, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Service Description
Lasly is a personal productivity and lifestyle tool designed to help users remember recurring tasks, routines, and responsibilities. Lasly may include features such as recurring task tracking, custom intervals, Good/Soon/Late status views, overview screens, timeline views, calendar views, categories, filters, notes, completion history, reminder settings, and Pro features. Lasly is intended to support everyday consistency and personal organization.
Not a Professional or Critical Reminder Service
Lasly is not a medical, legal, financial, safety, emergency, or professional advisory service. Lasly reminders are provided for convenience only. Reminder delivery is best-effort and may depend on device permissions, operating system behavior, battery optimization, notification settings, and device state.
You are responsible for important deadlines, health-related tasks, financial obligations, work duties, legal obligations, and other critical responsibilities. Do not rely solely on Lasly for urgent, safety-critical, medical, legal, financial, or time-sensitive matters.
Eligibility and Lawful Use
You may use Lasly only in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its functionality, attempt unauthorized access, misuse billing flows, commit fraud, or reverse engineer the app except where permitted by law.
License Grant
Subject to these Terms, MoodMango Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Lasly for personal, non-commercial purposes.
User Content and Responsibility
You are responsible for any content you enter, save, calculate, track, or store in Lasly. This may include task names, categories, notes, schedule intervals, completion records, reminder settings, and related personal information. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the app and your saved content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe the rights of others. You retain ownership of the content you create in the app.
Free and Pro Access
Lasly may offer Free and Pro access. The Free version is intended to provide access to the core app experience, with possible limits on items, features, or usage. Pro features may unlock additional limits, history, notes, done by fields, advanced tracking, or other features. Feature availability may change over time as the app evolves.
In-App Purchases and Billing
Lasly may offer optional purchases or subscriptions for Lasly Pro. Payments, refunds, taxes, renewals, cancellations, purchase eligibility, and billing disputes are managed under the applicable app store or provider terms, such as Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase, with entitlement management supported by RevenueCat.
Purchasing or subscribing to Pro unlocks access to eligible Pro features in the app, subject to platform availability, technical limitations, purchase status, and these Terms. We may revoke Pro access if a purchase is refunded, reversed, cancelled, invalidated, or otherwise not recognized by the app store provider or entitlement system.
Restore Purchases
If you reinstall the app or change devices, you may use the Restore Purchases function to recover eligible purchases or subscriptions linked to your app store account. Purchase restoration depends on the app store provider, RevenueCat, your account status, device compatibility, and platform availability.
Intellectual Property
Lasly, including its software, design, branding, text, visuals, and related materials, is owned by MoodMango Labs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, modify, or exploit Lasly without permission, except where permitted by law.
Third-Party Services and Links
Lasly may integrate with or link to third-party services and webpages, such as billing providers, purchase validation services, entitlement management services, feedback forms, support pages, or policy pages. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time. Some features may depend on device compatibility, operating system support, notification permissions, internet access, third-party services, purchase status, or platform rules.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Lasly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. MoodMango Labs does not warrant that the app will always be accurate, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoodMango Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or other damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Lasly. This includes missed reminders, missed deadlines, incorrect task status, data loss, purchase restoration issues, notification delivery issues, or other issues related to your use of the app.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MoodMango Labs from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of Lasly, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or content you enter or store in the app.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Lasly where required for legal, security, abuse-prevention, fraud-prevention, billing, or policy reasons.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions become effective when published with a new effective date. Continued use of Lasly after publication means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer law.

ข้อมูลที่ผู้ใช้สร้างในแอป

วิธีจัดเก็บข้อมูล

การเก็บรักษาและการลบข้อมูล
ผู้ใช้ควบคุมข้อมูลที่จัดเก็บในอุปกรณ์ของตนเอง ผู้ใช้สามารถแก้ไขหรือลบข้อมูลภายในแอปได้ตามฟีเจอร์ที่รองรับ โดยทั่วไป การถอนการติดตั้งแอปจะลบข้อมูลแอปในอุปกรณ์ ทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับพฤติกรรมของระบบปฏิบัติการและการตั้งค่าการสำรองข้อมูลของอุปกรณ์

ในกรณีที่กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับให้สิทธิด้านความเป็นส่วนตัว เช่น การเข้าถึง การลบ การคัดค้าน หรือการจำกัดการประมวลผลข้อมูล ผู้ใช้สามารถติดต่อเราได้ สำหรับข้อมูลที่อยู่เฉพาะในอุปกรณ์ ผู้ใช้สามารถใช้สิทธิจำนวนมากได้โดยตรงผ่านการลบหรือแก้ไขข้อมูลภายในแอป
การอัปเดตนโยบาย
เราอาจอัปเดตนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวนี้เป็นครั้งคราว เวอร์ชันล่าสุดจะแสดงวันที่มีผลบังคับใช้ใหม่ และจะพร้อมใช้งานผ่านลิงก์นโยบายของ Lasly

ไม่ใช่บริการผู้เชี่ยวชาญหรือบริการเตือนเรื่องสำคัญโดยเฉพาะ
Lasly ไม่ใช่บริการทางการแพทย์ กฎหมาย การเงิน ความปลอดภัย เหตุฉุกเฉิน หรือคำแนะนำจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ การเตือนของ Lasly มีไว้เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกเท่านั้น การส่งการแจ้งเตือนเป็นการทำงานแบบ best-effort และอาจขึ้นอยู่กับสิทธิ์ของอุปกรณ์ พฤติกรรมของระบบปฏิบัติการ การประหยัดแบตเตอรี่ การตั้งค่าการแจ้งเตือน และสถานะของอุปกรณ์

คุณสมบัติผู้ใช้และการใช้งานอย่างถูกกฎหมาย
ผู้ใช้สามารถใช้งาน Lasly ได้เฉพาะตามกฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับและนโยบายของแพลตฟอร์ม ผู้ใช้ตกลงว่าจะไม่ใช้งานแอปในทางที่ผิด ไม่รบกวนการทำงานของแอป ไม่พยายามเข้าถึงระบบโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต ไม่ใช้ระบบชำระเงินในทางที่ผิด ไม่กระทำการทุจริต และไม่ reverse engineer แอป ยกเว้นในกรณีที่กฎหมายอนุญาต
สิทธิการใช้งาน
ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดนี้ MoodMango Labs ให้สิทธิแก่ผู้ใช้แบบจำกัด ไม่ผูกขาด โอนต่อไม่ได้ และเพิกถอนได้ เพื่อใช้งาน Lasly สำหรับวัตถุประสงค์ส่วนบุคคลและไม่ใช่เชิงพาณิชย์

Lasly อาจมีการใช้งานแบบ Free และ Pro เวอร์ชัน Free มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ผู้ใช้เข้าถึงประสบการณ์หลักของแอป โดยอาจมีข้อจำกัดด้านจำนวนรายการ ฟีเจอร์ หรือการใช้งาน ฟีเจอร์ Pro อาจปลดล็อกข้อจำกัดเพิ่มเติม ประวัติการทำรายการ โน้ต ฟิลด์ done by การติดตามขั้นสูง หรือฟีเจอร์อื่น ๆ ความพร้อมของฟีเจอร์อาจเปลี่ยนแปลงได้เมื่อแอปมีการพัฒนา

การซื้อหรือสมัครสมาชิก Pro จะปลดล็อกการเข้าถึงฟีเจอร์ Pro ที่เข้าเงื่อนไขในแอป โดยขึ้นอยู่กับความพร้อมของแพลตฟอร์ม ข้อจำกัดทางเทคนิค สถานะการซื้อ และข้อกำหนดนี้ เราอาจเพิกถอนสิทธิ์ Pro หากการซื้อถูกคืนเงิน ย้อนรายการ ยกเลิก ทำให้เป็นโมฆะ หรือไม่ได้รับการยืนยันจากผู้ให้บริการ app store หรือระบบจัดการสิทธิ์การใช้งาน
การกู้คืนการซื้อ
หากผู้ใช้ติดตั้งแอปใหม่หรือเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์ ผู้ใช้สามารถใช้ฟังก์ชัน Restore Purchases เพื่อกู้คืนการซื้อหรือการสมัครสมาชิกที่เข้าเงื่อนไขและเชื่อมโยงกับบัญชี app store ของผู้ใช้ การกู้คืนการซื้อขึ้นอยู่กับผู้ให้บริการ app store, RevenueCat, สถานะบัญชี ความเข้ากันได้ของอุปกรณ์ และความพร้อมของแพลตฟอร์ม
ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
Lasly รวมถึงซอฟต์แวร์ งานออกแบบ แบรนด์ ข้อความ ภาพประกอบ และสื่อที่เกี่ยวข้อง เป็นทรัพย์สินของ MoodMango Labs หรือผู้ให้สิทธิของเรา และได้รับความคุ้มครองตามกฎหมายทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาที่ใช้บังคับ ผู้ใช้ไม่สามารถคัดลอก ขายต่อ แจกจ่าย แก้ไข หรือใช้ประโยชน์จาก Lasly โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต ยกเว้นในกรณีที่กฎหมายอนุญาต
บริการและลิงก์จากบุคคลภายนอก
Lasly อาจเชื่อมต่อหรือเชื่อมโยงไปยังบริการและหน้าเว็บของบุคคลภายนอก เช่น ผู้ให้บริการเรียกเก็บเงิน บริการตรวจสอบการซื้อ บริการจัดการสิทธิ์การใช้งาน แบบฟอร์ม feedback หน้าช่วยเหลือ หรือหน้าข้อมูลทางกฎหมาย การใช้งานบริการเหล่านั้นอยู่ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดและนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของผู้ให้บริการแต่ละราย
ความพร้อมใช้งานและการเปลี่ยนแปลง
เราอาจแก้ไข ระงับ หรือยุติบางส่วนของแอปได้เป็นครั้งคราว ฟีเจอร์บางส่วนอาจขึ้นอยู่กับความเข้ากันได้ของอุปกรณ์ การรองรับของระบบปฏิบัติการ สิทธิ์การแจ้งเตือน การเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ต บริการจากบุคคลภายนอก สถานะการซื้อ หรือกฎของแพลตฟอร์ม
การปฏิเสธการรับประกัน
Lasly ให้บริการตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่และตามความพร้อมใช้งาน โดยไม่มีการรับประกันใด ๆ ทั้งโดยชัดแจ้งหรือโดยปริยาย เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต MoodMango Labs ไม่รับประกันว่าแอปจะถูกต้องตลอดเวลา ใช้งานได้ต่อเนื่อง ปลอดภัย ปราศจากข้อผิดพลาด หรือพร้อมใช้งานเสมอ
การจำกัดความรับผิด
เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต MoodMango Labs จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม ความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นโดยบังเอิญ ความเสียหายพิเศษ ความเสียหายต่อเนื่อง ความเสียหายเชิงลงโทษ หรือความเสียหายอื่นใด ที่เกิดจากการใช้งานหรือไม่สามารถใช้งาน Lasly ได้ ขอบเขตนี้รวมถึงการพลาดการแจ้งเตือน พลาดกำหนดเวลา สถานะรายการไม่ถูกต้อง การสูญเสียข้อมูล ปัญหาการกู้คืนการซื้อ ปัญหาการส่งการแจ้งเตือน หรือปัญหาอื่นใดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้งานแอป
การชดใช้ความเสียหาย
ผู้ใช้ตกลงที่จะชดใช้และปกป้อง MoodMango Labs จากข้อเรียกร้อง ความรับผิด ความเสียหาย ความสูญเสีย และค่าใช้จ่ายใด ๆ ที่เกิดจากการใช้งาน Lasly ในทางที่ผิด การละเมิดข้อกำหนดนี้ การละเมิดกฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ หรือข้อมูลที่ผู้ใช้ป้อนหรือจัดเก็บไว้ในแอป
การยุติการให้บริการ
เราอาจระงับหรือยุติการเข้าถึง Lasly หากจำเป็นด้วยเหตุผลด้านกฎหมาย ความปลอดภัย การป้องกันการใช้งานในทางที่ผิด การป้องกันการทุจริต การเรียกเก็บเงิน หรือนโยบายของแพลตฟอร์ม
การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด
เราอาจอัปเดตข้อกำหนดนี้เป็นครั้งคราว เวอร์ชันที่อัปเดตจะมีผลเมื่อเผยแพร่พร้อมวันที่มีผลบังคับใช้ใหม่ การใช้งาน Lasly ต่อหลังจากมีการเผยแพร่ข้อกำหนดที่อัปเดต หมายความว่าผู้ใช้ยอมรับข้อกำหนดฉบับใหม่
กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ
ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายของประเทศไทย เว้นแต่กฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคภาคบังคับในท้องถิ่นจะกำหนดไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น
