Overview
CheapBit is built with a privacy-conscious approach. Core shopping, comparison, price memory, cart, budget, and app preference data is stored locally on your device whenever possible.
No Account Requirement
CheapBit does not require account creation to use its core features. We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, precise location, microphone data, or camera data.
Information You Create in the App
Depending on the features you use, CheapBit may process:
- Product comparison entries, such as product names, prices, sizes, units, and calculated unit prices
- Shopping cart items
- Shopping lists and budget information
- Price Memory entries saved by the user
- Multi-item comparison data
- Promotion calculation inputs, such as discounts, bundle details, or buy X get Y offers
- Travel Mode settings, currency selections, and currency preferences
- App settings, such as language, theme, text size, and display preferences
Currency and Exchange Rate Data
CheapBit may use internet access to fetch exchange rates for Travel Mode and currency conversion features. Exchange rate data may come from third-party providers. CheapBit does not use currency conversion data to provide financial advice.
How Data Is Stored
Core CheapBit content is stored locally on your device. MoodMango Labs does not host your private shopping lists, saved product prices, cart items, budget entries, or comparison history on its own servers. Because this data is stored locally, we cannot recover it if it is deleted from your device.
Permissions and Why We Request Them
CheapBit may request permissions only for selected features:
- Internet: To fetch exchange rates, validate purchases, restore purchases, open feedback forms, and open legal pages
- Vibration: To provide small app feedback effects where supported
You can deny permissions, but related features may not function properly.
In-App Purchases and Service Providers
CheapBit may offer optional one-time purchases, including CheapBit Pro and Travel Mode. Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing and RevenueCat. MoodMango Labs does not receive or store your payment card details.
Google Play Billing and RevenueCat may process transaction metadata needed for purchase validation, entitlement delivery, purchase restoration, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and compliance. They do not receive your private shopping lists, saved product prices, cart items, budget entries, or comparison history from us.
Feedback and External Links
When you open external links, such as feedback forms or legal pages, those destinations are governed by their own privacy notices. CheapBit may pass limited context, such as app version, platform, language, or source, to improve support triage. Any information you submit through a feedback form is provided voluntarily.
Data Retention and Deletion
You control your local data. You can delete saved items, shopping lists, cart items, price memory entries, and comparison-related data inside the app where supported. Uninstalling the app typically removes local app data, subject to operating system behavior.
Purchase records are managed by Google Play Billing and RevenueCat according to their own retention policies. Because we do not store your core CheapBit content on our servers, we cannot recover deleted local data.
Children's Privacy
CheapBit is not directed to children below the minimum age required by applicable law in their region. If you believe improper child data was provided, please contact us for assistance.
No Sale of Personal Data
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your private shopping, cart, price memory, budget, or comparison content for ad profiling.
International Use
If third-party purchase infrastructure or exchange rate providers process metadata across regions, such processing is handled under those providers' legal frameworks and safeguards.
Your Rights
Where applicable law grants privacy rights, such as access, deletion, objection, or restriction, you may contact us. For local-only data, many rights can be exercised directly on your device by deleting or modifying data in the app.
Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will show a new effective date and will be available through CheapBit's policy link.

Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using CheapBit, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Service Description
CheapBit is a shopping utility designed to help users compare product prices, calculate price per unit, manage shopping lists, track budgets, save product prices, compare multiple items, estimate promotions, and convert currencies for travel shopping.
Calculation, Price, and Currency Accuracy
CheapBit provides calculations based on the values you enter, including prices, sizes, units, discounts, bundle details, budget amounts, and currency selections. You are responsible for checking that all input values, final prices, promotion terms, taxes, fees, and purchase conditions are correct before making a purchase.
Currency conversion features use exchange rate data from third-party sources. Exchange rates may be delayed, estimated, unavailable, or different from the rates used by banks, stores, payment providers, card networks, or currency exchange services. CheapBit is provided for general shopping convenience only and does not provide financial, tax, legal, investment, or professional purchasing advice.
Eligibility and Lawful Use
You may use CheapBit only in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its functionality, attempt unauthorized access, or reverse engineer the app except where permitted by law.
License Grant
Subject to these Terms, MoodMango Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CheapBit for personal, non-commercial purposes.
User Content and Responsibility
You are responsible for any information you enter, save, calculate, or store in CheapBit, including product names, prices, shopping lists, budget information, saved price memory entries, promotion details, currency selections, and comparison data. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the app and your saved content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe the rights of others.
In-App Purchases and Billing
CheapBit may offer optional one-time purchases, including CheapBit Pro and Travel Mode. Payments, refunds, taxes, purchase eligibility, and billing disputes are managed under the applicable store or provider terms, such as Google Play Billing, with purchase infrastructure support from RevenueCat. Purchasing a feature unlocks access to that feature in the app, subject to platform availability, technical limitations, purchase status, and these Terms.
Restore Purchases
If you reinstall the app or change devices, you may use the Restore Purchases function to recover eligible purchases linked to your Google Play account. Purchase restoration depends on Google Play, RevenueCat, your account status, device compatibility, and platform availability.
Intellectual Property
CheapBit, including its software, design, branding, text, visuals, and related materials, is owned by MoodMango Labs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-Party Services and Links
CheapBit may integrate with or link to third-party services and webpages, such as billing providers, purchase validation services, exchange rate providers, feedback forms, or policy pages. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimer of Warranties
CheapBit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. MoodMango Labs does not warrant that the app will always be accurate, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoodMango Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or use arising from your use of, or inability to use, CheapBit. This includes losses, incorrect purchase decisions, pricing differences, promotion errors, exchange rate discrepancies, calculation errors, data loss, purchase restoration issues, or other issues related to your use of the app.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MoodMango Labs from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of CheapBit, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or content you enter or store in the app.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to CheapBit where required for legal, security, abuse-prevention, or policy reasons.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions become effective when published with a new effective date. Continued use of CheapBit after publication means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer law.

ฟีเจอร์แปลงสกุลเงินใช้อัตราแลกเปลี่ยนจากแหล่งข้อมูลภายนอก อัตราแลกเปลี่ยนอาจล่าช้า เป็นค่าประมาณ ไม่พร้อมใช้งาน หรือแตกต่างจากอัตราที่ธนาคาร ร้านค้า ผู้ให้บริการชำระเงิน เครือข่ายบัตร หรือร้านแลกเงินใช้จริง CheapBit มีไว้เพื่อความสะดวกในการซื้อของทั่วไป และไม่ได้ให้คำแนะนำทางการเงิน ภาษี กฎหมาย การลงทุน หรือคำแนะนำจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการซื้อ

ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา

การชดใช้ความเสียหาย
ผู้ใช้ตกลงที่จะชดใช้และปกป้อง MoodMango Labs จากข้อเรียกร้อง ความรับผิด ความเสียหาย ความสูญเสีย และค่าใช้จ่ายใด ๆ ที่เกิดจากการใช้งาน CheapBit ในทางที่ผิด การละเมิดข้อกำหนดนี้ การละเมิดกฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ หรือข้อมูลที่ผู้ใช้ป้อนหรือจัดเก็บไว้ในแอป
การยุติการให้บริการ
เราอาจระงับหรือยุติการเข้าถึง CheapBit หากจำเป็นด้วยเหตุผลด้านกฎหมาย ความปลอดภัย การป้องกันการใช้งานในทางที่ผิด หรือนโยบายของแพลตฟอร์ม
การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด
เราอาจอัปเดตข้อกำหนดนี้เป็นครั้งคราว เวอร์ชันที่อัปเดตจะมีผลเมื่อเผยแพร่พร้อมวันที่มีผลบังคับใช้ใหม่ การใช้งาน CheapBit ต่อหลังจากมีการเผยแพร่ข้อกำหนดที่อัปเดต หมายความว่าผู้ใช้ยอมรับข้อกำหนดฉบับใหม่
กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ
ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายของประเทศไทย เว้นแต่กฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคภาคบังคับในท้องถิ่นจะกำหนดไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น
